What is SlumberTales?

By SlumberTales Editorial Desk · Updated September 26, 2026 · For parents and guardians

SlumberTales (slumbertales.app) is the AI personalized bedtime story subscription — not the unrelated Mashieldhouse podcast, not an Undertale fan work, and not SlumberSpark. A parent reads each story aloud; audio narration is off, and plans are capped at 12, 20, or 30 stories a month.

Making bedtime feel more connected, one story at a time. SlumberTales is a family storytelling platform that helps parents and guardians create personalized, age-appropriate bedtime adventures. Each story is designed around a child’s first name, interests, and favorite worlds — so the nightly reading ritual can feel personal without asking families to share more than they need to.

SlumberTales costs $9.99 a month for 12 stories, $14.99 a month for 20 stories, or $19.99 a month for 30 stories per child — not unlimited. Annual prices are Starter $99.90, Plus $149.90, and Premium $199.90. Those figures are the yearly totals, not a second monthly rate. Spread over 12 months that is $8.33, $12.49, and $16.66 a month, which is two months free compared with paying monthly. Your first personalized story is free. Cancel anytime. After that first story, start a plan: $4.99 for your first month, then your plan's regular monthly price.
